Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately we cannot change your order after you have placed it. If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us here.
Can you exchange items?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color of an item, you will need to place a new order and return the item that does not fit. If you order the same model again in a different color or size, we can ensure that you can keep any discount that may have been granted on the original order. The returned item will be refunded as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.
Which countries are the products delivered to?
Orders placed on this shop can be sent to Europe, America and the rest of the world.
Which shipping methods do you offer?
The dispatch takes place via the parcel service DHL Express. We offer delivery to your home address.
What is your return policy?
You can return your product up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please make sure that the products are not worn, washed or damaged.
Refunds are processed the same way as purchases. For foreign customers, returns are the customer's expense. In US, returns are free for customers.
Do I necessarily have to create an account to order?
